These properties are purchased with capital dollars from HUD, the Ohio Department of Mental Health, the Ohio Department of Development, the Lake County Commissioners, and the Lake County ADAMHS Board.

Extended Housing, Inc.’s properties include three transitional group homes (operations are annually contracted with mental health providers through the Lake County ADAMHS Board), apartment houses/complexes, condominiums, and single family homes.
