Heading east on Rt. 2, get off at the Richmond Street Exit, heading south. Turn left onto Chester Street at the first light. Turn right on State Street. Turn left turn onto Main Street and the Extended Housing Wellness Center can be seen on the right hand side of the street, as you are heading down the hill.
