Full-Time Second Shift Residential Specialist

A dynamic transitional housing program is in search of a full-time RESIDENTIAL SPECIALIST for a residential care facility in Painesville, Ohio. The available position is for second shift.  Hours are 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Monday through Friday.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of an associates or 2 year degree in a social services field OR a 2 year history of working in the social services field OR 2 years history of working with individuals in recovery. Part-Time Maintenance Technician

Nonprofit housing agency in Painesville, Ohio has an opening for a Part-Time Maintenance Technician.  The position is a first shift position from 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday.  This position is under the general supervision of the building superintendent. Housing Support Worker

Non-profit housing agency seeks experienced full-time Housing Support Worker to provide supportive services for persons with severe and persistent mental illness in Lake County. Duties include reporting requirements, direct service standards, completing annual recertifications and inspections for program compliance. Successful candidate will engage persons to obtain/maintain housing by teaching skills necessary for persons to be good tenants and productive community members. Flexible hours and some evening meetings may be required. Valid driver’s license, computer literate, BA in social service or related field/LSW preferred, prior experience working with mentally disabled and homeless population preferred.
